It’s your responsibility to do secure packing for all of your goods. It must include cardboard boxes with shrink wrap. We don’t accept a suitcase or any bag. We will charge you a minimum of £10 per box if it’s not as above.
We take care of fragile items best to deliver to destination in safe and secure condition. As no airline or Courier Company take responsibility for it. So, It’s the shipper’s responsibility to do Fragile Packing, and it must be marked as sensitive to avoid damage. If you cannot do it, then you should contact professional packers.
