It's your responsibility to do secure packing for all of your goods. It must use cardboard boxes and do shrink wrap. We don't accept a suitcase or any bag, and if you fail to do so, we will charge a minimum of £10 per box.
We take care of fragile items best to deliver to the destination safely and securely. As no airline or Courier Company accept responsibility for it. So, It's the shipper's responsibility to do Fragile Packing, and it must mark as sensitive to avoid damage. If you cannot do it, then you should contact professional packers.
