Option A: Express Courier to Nepal

 

It's best for 0.5 kg to 20 KG. You can send documents, letters, or parcels using our option A service if urgent. We send parcels daily via DHL. Daily means Mon to Friday. Option C: Cargo to Nepal (Kathmandu)

 

We only do it for more than 100 kg of cargo. Now, please have a look at our popular cargo service to Nepal. Cargo is unsuitable for 5 kg, 10 kg, or less than 20 kg, as express couriers like DHL are more suitable. Check our express courier page for rates. So, shipment is best for 100 kilograms or more until the airport. Then, the receiver must clear customs and collect the parcel from the customs house at the Nepal airport. We send it every week, and it typically takes just one week to arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal, although delivery times can vary. It depends on the airline's space and availability. See our Terms and Conditions for more details. The box weight should not exceed 30 KG, and its dimensions must be smaller than 60 CM long. (If you have a TV with more than 70 CM, it costs £6.5 per kg.)

Typically, we don't send less than 100 kg of cargo and refer to it via DHL or other couriers. However, the cost is lower if you are wise enough to send it.

Do you collect parcels?

 

Customers can drop parcels in the warehouse in Slough. It's just next to the M25. Similarly, you can send them via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or another local courier if you cannot. Or we will collect them at an extra charge. Our charges start from £10 per box, which needs to be 30 kg or less. If you have boxes over 30 kg, consider making two boxes or paying extra for a pickup.

Option D: Sea Cargo to Nepal 

 

Do you have a minimum of 10 to 15 weeks or more? If yes, then you can send used clothes or non-valuable items. 
Note: This is not a good option if you need to send it urgently. The minimum turnaround time is 10 to 15 weeks, but it might take longer. 

We send items from the UK to Nepal. We collect till the 15th of each month. So, if you want to send it, you must hand it over before the 15th of each month. Then we send it at the end of the month via ship from the UK to India. We send from India via air to Kathmandu airport in Nepal. Please don't just call us; first, prepare the items, keep them in a box, and list what you are sending. Then, fill out the cargo form with sender & receiver details. Similarly, we also need box weight and box dimensions. We will call you once we receive the cargo form to discuss the next step. All terms and conditions are the same as  Option 3, air cargo to Nepal. 
 

• Minimum Requirement: 100 KG
• Items sending: used clothes, shoes, books, etc. (no electric items, no brand new clothes, etc., more than five pieces) 
• Cost Per KG: £4.5 per KG, 
• Handling:  £50  + Collection Extra

 

 

 

Difference between Courier & Cargo

 

Courier is suited for sending letters, documents, and small parcels. It offers the advantage of speed, security, tracking, signature and specialisation over regular mail services. However, due to this, they tend to be more expensive than standard mail services. For express courier, ie. DHL Cargo is cheaper but slower, particularly for large consignments of goods or products. Most of our air cargo freight flies from all the major airports in the UK to Kathmandu Airport. We can arrange to pick up your goods from anywhere in London. However, a collection charge may apply.
