Courier to India from Woolwich – London – UK

India
India is a vast South Asian country with diverse terrain – from Himalayan peaks to Indian Ocean coastline – and history reaching back 5 millennia. In the north, Mughal Empire landmarks include Delhi’s Red Fort complex and massive Jama Masjid mosque, plus Agra’s iconic Taj Mahal mausoleum. Pilgrims bathe in the Ganges in Varanasi, and Rishikesh is a yoga centre and base for Himalayan trekking. With a population of over 1.2 billion people, India is the world’s largest democracy with rich historical and commercial links to the UK.

Difference Between Cargo & Courier to India
Normally, customers find confused between Courier & Cargo. One of the major difference is the time; generally sending the Courier from the UK will take 2 to 5 working days (depending on the location in the destination) from the dispatch date. Wherein, the Cargo will take about 5 to 7 working days from the date of the flight. When you choose to use a courier from the UK, your package includes a door pick-up, the UK customs clearance, the air freight, the destination customs clearance and lastly the delivery at your door (note you the delivery doesn’t include the customs duties). On the other hand, a cargo service comprises air freight and delivery til airport. Another difference between the two services is, that the courier service is fairly an expensive buy. In contrast, a cargo service is economical. The cargo service is best suited for sending excess baggage and commercial goods in bulk quantity since it’s a cheap mode of transfer. And the courier service is an apt option for sending small shipments and parcels. One more difference is a weight limit. With courier, you have a weight limit per box, and you’re not allowed to send box if the limit exceeds. Wherein, a cargo service curbs those restrictions to a large extent, which means, generally you can send heavy boxes even they are in unconventional shape (but packing need to be appropriate).
